It would be great if you read this section because it could prevent you from writing emails to me that make me angry sometimes or take away my time with answering questions that had been asked over and over again.
That's not meant offensive but also my time is a bit limited, I have a life besides this page and university stuff to end.
In this section you will find answers to questions referring to Tuomas and technical/organizational questions.
Do you know Tuomas in person? Can you give him a letter/picture... from me?
NO, I don't know Tuomas in person. Even though I am in the administration of the official German Nightwish fan club I don't have personal contact to Tuomas. We communicate with another member of the band. But this also doesn't mean that I will forward any letters or emails to that member and ask for giving it to Tuomas. If it is possible some day that I have the chance to hand Tuomas something in personal I will let you know on the page.
Do you know if Tuomas has a girlfriend?
NO. Not for sure. I only know what I read or heard in interviews. I am furthermore not willed to search all day long to find an answer to that question. It doesn't interest me that much and in the end it shouldn't interest you as well. It's a private thing and if he wants to keep it private, it's his right.
Furthermore I would be really glad if you didn't send me any hate mails because of a girl friend, assume that I am his girlfriend or write me nasty emails just because I know a girl that many think is his girlfriend.

Why did you name the page "My loveletter to nobody"?
That idea came up one day. I hadn't this in mind in first place. But I have this line in my mind very often and once thought it would be a good subtitle for the page because "Tuomas Holopainen fanpage" is a bit silly don't know.
Tuomas of course is not a "nobody" but in the end he is far away from us, not somebody you have around the corner. Yeah these were my thoughts.
Do you do everything by yourself on the page?
Well almost. Everything about the website is done by myself when it comes to programing. For updates I got help from elenna. Of course more people help me. They send me articles and pictures but nobody is really working on the website.
In the forum I have four moderators who help me there because I just don't have the time to read everything there.

My explanations about the pics and that counts for professionals as well as fanpics.
If you publish your work freely on the net you should be aware of the fact that everybody can copy it, even if you use neat little JavaScripts. They are ridiculous for everybody who has a bit of an idea how that works and uses a good browser. Anyways that means I don't necessarily have your pics from YOUR site. I often get pics sent or find them in certain message boards with no link to the original page. And if you are offering your pics that freely it's your own fault.
I nowhere claim any pic to be mine unless it's mine. And on the bottom of every page is a copyright thingie that might be interesting AND I don't remove any watermarks or whatever.
Nevertheless I am of course willed to take off your pics if you don't want them here, but I will answer your request only when you write me in a nice way, which means to me, you have a greeting line in your email as well as your name below. Your email shouldn't contain only the sentence "you used my pics take them off" or something similar because that doesn't help me at all. You know I can't guess which pics are yours.
If you want me to react on your email, you should write which pics you mean (all the pics have names, tell them to me) and avoid words like "stupid", "bitch", "idiot" or something like that to talk to me, otherwise I will be very angry.
Can I help you with the page?
Well you can send me material of any kind related to Tuomas, that would help me a lot because I don't have that much time to go around the net all day to find stuff. So if you pass by an interview you haven't seen here or pictures, or created own fanart then go ahead and send it to me. You can find a list of what I am especially looking for by clicking here.
Who pays that webspace and domain?
Give it a guess. I do of course. I have a webspace of 30GB which contains almost every page connected to the Lonnies-Place.NET network, which is a collection of all my websites (yeah the Tuomas page isn't the only one). The Tuomas page takes most of the space
The space is paid with my personal money once a year. If you want to support me with that, go ahead, write me and I will give you the data where to send money to, hehe. *kidding*
I think I can't see the page correctly, help me!
The page should be viewable in INternet Explorer (change your browser NOW), Mozilla, Netscape, Opera and of course Mozilla Firefox and I strongly recommend Firefox.
Furthermore you should have some millions of colours available with your graphic card and using a screen resolution highter than 640x480 preferrably 1024x768. I made a layout that regarding to my page statistic most of the visitors should see without problems.
How do you create your page?
All I need is an editor (I use PSPad or Phase 5 HTML editor but without using the tools in there) and my HTML knowledge which I learned with Selfhtml by Stefan Münz. For my graphics I used to work with Photoshop 7, now I have Photoshop CS2.
And no I don't use programs like Dreamweaver or GoLive. They don't do what I want them to do and I am faster with coding everything myself instead of using that crap.
